SummaryMy electrical career began with a childhood curiosity of electricity. I enrolled into the Industrial Electrical AAS program at Gillette College to concentrate my field of studies more towards the industrial setting. I was offered a position through connections at Gillette College to become an industrial electrician for Cloud Peak Energy, at Antelope Mine where I became licensed, and I have continued in the same field for two other Powder River Basin companies. My areas of strengths are in troubleshooting P&H electric rope shovels, electric haul trucks, LeTourneau loaders, control panels and circuits, PLC basics, and VFD basics. I hope to broaden my experience within the PRB, and continue to grow in my knowledge of Komatsu electric haul trucks, P&H electric rope shovels, P&H, and Marion draglines, and various plant and high voltage equipment including substations and trailing cables.
