SummaryWhen I was in my late 40’s and early 50’s, I ran several marathons.
While I was running, I thought about quitting many times. However, I kept going, I persevered. I’m that person. Once I say I’ll do something, it will happen.
Now, I put that perseverance to work as a RN Case Manager. I don’t have to run a marathon, but I do have to persevere with difficult cases. I’m well-versed in discharge planning, and matching the right services with each client.
