SummaryI am a hospital pharmacist with 10+ years of experience. I hold licensure in Oklahoma and Alaska. I am currently the clinical informatics pharmacist. I am the chief editor of our 2015-2016 QAPI project "The Standardization of the Mixing and Titration of Medications." I sit on the emergency management team, policy and procedure committee, and pharmacy and therapeutics committee. I attended the 2016 ISMP Medication Safety Intensive and completed the 2107-2018 Pharmacy Leadership Academy through the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP). In 2018, I was elected to the board of directors of the Alaska Pharmacy Association (AKPhA) and named as co-chair to the state chapter of ASHP.
