SummaryI have been providing Academic Support for over 10 years. In this I provide individualized assistance, troubleshooting and group training for students, faculty and staff. As well as develop and deliver training workshops to community organizations. Providing orientations to all faculty and assisting faculty in determining which instructional tool or strategy best meets their class needs. Keeping current with new technology software, etc. I have supervised the Academic Support Specialist in previous years which ensures the campus course site required documents/textbooks are loaded, six year plan is up to date, etc.. Even longer than I have been Academic Support I have overseen the campus computer lab ensuring the hardware and software are up-to-date as well as the staff. Another hat I wear is the campus Testing Center Supervisor we provide Academic and Professional exam proctoring. We are a certified center for Pearson VUE, PSI, ETS, Prometric, and many more.
